This course is the second part of a thorough survey of current cognitive, learning and behavioral theory. Emphasis will be on principles of human development: physical, intellectual, personality, social development and motivational theory and how they relate to the learning process of ECE and Elementary students. Building on this development foundation, this course uses an eclectic approach in examining classroom behavioral and management issues.
